Where and how are your products manufactured?
Our garments are manufactured in validated ISO Class 5 and ISO Class 8 cleanroom facilities, ensuring strict contamination control. We also utilize in-house ETO sterilization and comply with international standards (including ISO 13485:2016 and CDSCO certification) to guarantee medical-grade safety and precision.

Are your ESD garments certified?
Yes. Our ESD Cleanroom Garments are made with integrated conductive carbon filaments and undergo rigorous testing. Documentation includes surface resistivity tests, air permeability tests, particle shedding data, and cleanroom manufacturing validation records.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Yes, orders can be canceled, but only within 4 hours of placing the order. If canceled within this timeframe, the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours.
What is your exchange policy?
We only process exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you believe a product is defective, please promptly email us at care@steriattire.com or call customer service with the product details. Once we examine the returned product, we will notify you of your eligibility for a replacement.
When am I eligible for a full refund?
Full refunds are issued under the following conditions:
You received a defective item.
The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.
To request a refund, email us your order details and the reason for the request.
How long does a refund take to process?
If the refund is made via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear (subject to bank policies). If the refund is via an e-wallet, the credit should be available within 24 hours.
Is my personal and payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all information during checkout. We do not record or retain your card information; it is passed directly to the payment gateway via 128-Bit SSL encryption.
Do you share my information with third parties?
No. We respect your privacy and adhere to a strict non-disclosure agreement. Your personal information is only used to process transactions, coordinate deliveries, and improve your shopping experience.
